Hi, I'm Indus the owner of Taco Wok, a little taco shack that offers big flavors blending Asian and Mexican cuisine with BBQ, creating delicious and unique tastes. I've always been a fan of Asian food and culture, but I also love barbecue, so I decided to combine them and add Mexican to create something new and exciting. I won Iron Chef Coastal in 2018 for best brisket, and I'm proud to say that I can make more than just meat. I make meat with culture.
My Story
I have been cooking since I was a kid, and I have learned from different cuisines and techniques. I have created my own recipes and sauces, using fresh and quality ingredients, and adding my own twist and flair. I specialize in both noodle bowls and tacos. I use different types of noodles and broths to combine the flavors just the way you like it. For my tacos, you can't beat the seasonings I add. For everything I do, it's all in the sauces and spices.
I'm passionate about cooking because I love hearing how much people love my food. Food is the centerpiece, but what happens around it is the magic. I love that my food makes people smile and can even help them have a better day. My goal is to share my passion and creativity with you, and to make you feel the warmth and joy of eating a noodle bowl that nourishes your soul.
